**Patient/Client Fee is a suggested range based on a review of thermal imaging labs across the U.S. and overseas, and would be at the individual discretion of the User.  Standard segmental series are recommended, and would include AP, PA, Laterals, and Obliques where appropriate.  Images can also be based on area of interest for simple spot studies.

Monthly Use provides:
Factory calibrated and certified TIGER4 USB Infrared Imager to the user on a per image basis for the selected monthly term as outlined above.  U
pdates, access, third-party consultation, full service and support for term of use.

Technical User Certificate & License provides:
3 year license and Technical Certificate to use the TIGER4 USB system and related software controllers under the guidelines set forth by the manufacturer.  Includes complete tool set for infrared imaging:  calibration, image capture, image processing, device interface, palette overlays, isotherm function, templates for review / reporting, and archive manager.  License good for 3 year period regardless of monthly user term. Includes online education modules and consultation for the term.  Extended license agreement available.

Hardware deposit: 
Refundable upon return of TIGER4 USB at end of term or any renewal term.
